Back from Ironman Canada2009's Ironman Canada proved to be a tough race for me. Temps were in the 90's, but I think the real problem was the intense smoke from nearby forest fires. The mountains that line the entire race course were nearly obscured from view at times. I wound up finishing an hour behind my planned time, and I ended up in the medical tent getting a couple bags of fluid dripped into me. Congrats to all my friends and clients who also raced! It was great seeing you all out there. So, I am now really glad to be back in the office. If you call or email I will be able to respond quickly. |
